When: Sunday, September 17, 1-4 pm

* Rock show in October: Panning booth… Who’s doing what (and when)? SignUp Genius invites have been sent and volunteers are getting on board. Many slots are still unspoken for…
Friday 10/20/23: Set up starts at 12 noon
Saturday 10/21/23: Day 1… 3 shifts minimum, lunch provided to volunteers
Sunday 10/22/23: Day 2… 3 shifts minimum, lunch provided to volunteers, breakdown 5-6pm
* Club officer positions – We have descriptions of all positions. Elections in December.
* Club vests: We have some different sizes available for purchase
* Discussions:
- Possible group outing at Rollins Lake (Orchard Springs Campground) – members, check your email
- New opportunity for metal detecting private property in Healdsburg
- Continuing discussion re: prospecting a private property in Plymouth
* Metal Detecting locations – ideas / suggestions
* Show and Tell (Been busy detecting? Got some stories / good finds?) – John and Helen have a good experience to share.
* Any September birthdays? Come get your surprise!
* Light refreshments provided
* And of course, a raffle! Any raffle item donation gets you a free drawing ticket.
Anyone have some gold they want to sell to the club? Donated gold is always accepted
